These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spring/Fall Turlock Swap Meet registration services and participation in our events.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

  • Vendor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Full payment is required at the time of registration.
  • By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Vendor spot purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
  • If the event is canceled, registered vendors will be notified and provided with options for refunds or credits toward a future event.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGING
By registering, you consent to receive text messages regarding vendor spot reservations and event reminders.

  • Message frequency may vary. Standard carrier rates may apply.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message.

CONDUCT
Vendors and attendees are expected to behave respectfully.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who disrupts the event.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Spring/Fall Turlock Swap Meet. Vendors are responsible for their own property and merchandise.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
